Why Method Matters

Physician-Led Regenerative Medicine — Why Method Matters as Much as the Therapy.

REVĪV is built around a simple principle: regenerative medicine belongs in a physician’s practice — with the evaluation, guidance, and individualization only a physician-led model delivers. Not protocol-by-default. Not algorithm-driven. Physician-crafted to your case.

When you are considering a biologic therapy, the quality of the evaluation is as important as the quality of the product. At REVĪV, every care plan begins and ends with physician judgment.

Individual results may vary. Physician evaluation required.

Why It Matters

Why Is Physician Evaluation Important for Regenerative Medicine?

Regenerative therapies involve biologic products — living, complex materials whose effects depend heavily on where they are delivered, how they are administered, and whether the candidate is appropriate for the protocol. That is physician-level decision-making. It cannot be delegated to a form, an algorithm, or a standing order sheet.

At REVĪV, the physician evaluates each patient before any biologic is recommended. That evaluation looks at your complete picture: your musculoskeletal structure, your activity goals, your prior interventions, and whether a regenerative approach is the appropriate next step. If it is not the right fit, we say so.

The regenerative medicine space is broad and unevenly regulated. Spa-model clinics offer biologics without in-person evaluation. REVĪV’s model is different by design: in-person, physician-supervised, and individualized before the first appointment is confirmed.

Clinical Process

How We Evaluate — The REVĪV Clinical Process

In-Person. Physician-Led. Before Any Treatments.

The REVĪV process begins with a comprehensive in-person evaluation. There are no remote consultations for new patients, no form-based qualification. The physician meets you, reviews your history, and examines the area of concern before any recommendation is made.

What Does Ultrasound-Guided Injection Mean?

Ultrasound imaging allows the physician to visualize the target structure in real time — confirming needle placement at the intended site before the biologic is introduced. At REVĪV, imaging-guided delivery is standard, not optional.

In-Person Physician Evaluation

No remote approvals. The physician reviews your complete clinical picture before any recommendation.

Imaging Review

Prior MRI, X-ray, or ultrasound reports reviewed alongside your health history.

Individualized Protocol Design

The appropriate biologic therapy — if any — is matched to your case. You leave with a plan you fully understand.

Ultrasound-Guided Delivery

Injectable therapies administered with real-time imaging guidance for precision delivery.

Follow-Up & Adjustment

Progress monitored over time. Protocol adjusted based on your individual response.

Individualized Care

How Does REVĪV Individualize a Care Plan?

No two patients present the same clinical picture. REVĪV’s physician designs each protocol to reflect the actual patient, not a default category. The care plan considers:

The area of concern and its characteristics on imaging
Your prior treatment history — what has and has not provided meaningful support
Your current activity level and the goals you want to work toward
Which biologic approach best fits your specific situation
A follow-up cadence matched to your specific plan, not a generic schedule
Plain-language explanation of every step before any procedure begins

The care plan is a physician decision. Documented, explained in plain language, and yours to understand fully before any procedure begins.

Our Standards

Regulatory Transparency You Can Evaluate

Sourcing and Provenance You Can Ask About

REVĪV sources its biologic products from U.S. tissue establishments, and the provenance of each lot is documented. We are glad to discuss the sourcing and regulatory standing of any product we recommend.

What We Use, and How We Describe It

We describe our biologics accurately rather than promotionally. We offer exosome therapy and perinatal-derived biologic allografts, and these therapies are considered investigational and may be provided on an off-label basis. The physician explains exactly what is used, and its regulatory status, during your consultation.

Physician Oversight at Every Step

Every REVĪV protocol is physician-supervised from evaluation through follow-up. No biologic is administered without physician oversight. The physician is a clinical presence in this practice — not a name on a certificate on the wall.

Practice Transparency

What We Don't Do — Clarity About Our Practice Boundaries

Part of a physician-led model is being direct about what it does not include. Patients who choose REVĪV typically do so because they have done their research and want to understand exactly what they are getting. The most credible answer to that question is an honest one.

We don't promise miracles

Regenerative medicine is a promising, rapidly advancing field — but it isn't magic, and no one can honestly guarantee an outcome. We'll tell you what the science supports, what it doesn't, and whether you're a good candidate, so you can decide with clear eyes.

We don’t pressure you

There are no hard sells here and no manufactured urgency. We lead with education, not closing tactics — and if regenerative care isn't the right fit for you, we'll say so.

We don’t rush you or treat you like a number

No crowded waiting rooms, no rushed fifteen-minute visits, no being handed off between strangers. Our concierge model exists so you get unhurried time and attention in the comfort of your own home.

We don't do one-and-done

A single injection on its own rarely tells the whole story. Your care is a complete, coordinated program — biologics, in-home modalities, targeted supplements, and nutrition — designed to support your body from every angle.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is REVĪV a physician-led practice?

Yes. REVĪV is a physician-led concierge regenerative medicine practice based in Orlando, Florida. Every care plan is designed and supervised by our physician team. No biologic therapy is recommended or administered without a physician evaluation and documented plan.

What is ultrasound-guided injection?

Ultrasound-guided injection means the physician uses real-time imaging to confirm needle placement at the intended anatomical site before any biologic product is delivered. This approach supports precision delivery and reduces variability common in landmark-based injection methods.

How does REVĪV decide which therapy is right for me?

Therapy selection is a physician decision. After your in-person evaluation — including history, imaging review, and a physical examination — your physician matches the appropriate biologic therapy (if any) to your specific case. There is no protocol-by-default at REVĪV. Individual results may vary.

What happens if regenerative medicine is not right for my case?

The physician will tell you directly. A REVĪV consultation is an evaluation, not a sales appointment — its purpose is to determine whether regenerative biologic care fits your case. If it does not, we explain why, document our reasoning, and offer guidance on appropriate next steps.

How long does the initial evaluation take?

Evaluation appointments at REVĪV are unhurried by design. We do not operate a high-volume clinic — every visit happens in your own home. You will have time to review your history, describe your goals, and ask questions before any recommendation is made.

Have a question that isn’t answered here?

We keep the full list — 41 questions covering candidacy, safety, what these preparations actually are, cost, financing, refunds and where we travel — on our FAQ page. If it is still not there, ask it on the free 15-minute call: book a time or call (407) 349-7155.

Ready to Understand Your Options?

The first step is an in-person consultation with our physician team — no pressure, no protocol-by-default. The in-home physician consultation is $99 — credited toward your care plan.

Individual results may vary. Physician evaluation required.
