Regenerative therapies involve biologic products — living, complex materials whose effects depend heavily on where they are delivered, how they are administered, and whether the candidate is appropriate for the protocol. That is physician-level decision-making. It cannot be delegated to a form, an algorithm, or a standing order sheet.
At REVĪV, the physician evaluates each patient before any biologic is recommended. That evaluation looks at your complete picture: your musculoskeletal structure, your activity goals, your prior interventions, and whether a regenerative approach is the appropriate next step. If it is not the right fit, we say so.

The REVĪV process begins with a comprehensive in-person evaluation. There are no remote consultations for new patients, no form-based qualification. The physician meets you, reviews your history, and examines the area of concern before any recommendation is made.
What Does Ultrasound-Guided Injection Mean?
Ultrasound imaging allows the physician to visualize the target structure in real time — confirming needle placement at the intended site before the biologic is introduced. At REVĪV, imaging-guided delivery is standard, not optional.
In-Person Physician Evaluation

REVĪV sources its biologic products from U.S. tissue establishments, and the provenance of each lot is documented. We are glad to discuss the sourcing and regulatory standing of any product we recommend.
What We Use, and How We Describe It
We describe our biologics accurately rather than promotionally. We offer exosome therapy and perinatal-derived biologic allografts, and these therapies are considered investigational and may be provided on an off-label basis. The physician explains exactly what is used, and its regulatory status, during your consultation.
Physician Oversight at Every Step
Every REVĪV protocol is physician-supervised from evaluation through follow-up. No biologic is administered without physician oversight. The physician is a clinical presence in this practice — not a name on a certificate on the wall.
