Why we exist
They’re told their options have run out. We believe they haven’t.
Millions of people live with chronic pain — doing the same things, and getting the same results. REVĪV exists for two reasons: one deeply personal, one urgently necessary.
Out of conviction
Because we have watched people we love be failed by a system that offered them more procedures, but never the full picture of what medicine had become. That experience changed us — and it built this practice.
Out of necessity
Because a growing number of patients are tired of the same cycle and the same outcome, and are looking for real answers. Someone has a duty to show them — honestly — what regenerative medicine now makes possible, and what it does not.

How it began
It began close to home.
REVĪV did not begin in a boardroom. It began with someone we love.
One of the physicians behind REVĪV watched their own father live with chronic back pain for years. He did everything the traditional system offered — and everything insurance would cover. Prescription medications. Cortisone injections. Nerve blocks. Radiofrequency ablations. Three back surgeries.
And still, lasting relief never came.
What stayed with us wasn’t only his pain. It was a harder question: in all those years, all those appointments, all those procedures — why was he never shown the full picture of what was possible? Why was every conversation about the next injection or the next surgery, and never about supporting the body’s own ability to repair and restore?
We couldn’t change his path. But we could make sure others were given something he wasn’t — an honest account of all of their options.
That is the day REVĪV’s purpose was born.

What care costs — before you ask
Single-joint sessions start at $5,000. Complete care plans are quoted only after a physician evaluation, because the plan depends on the joint, your imaging and your history — not on a menu. Patient financing is available for those who qualify.
Your first 15-minute phone consultation is free. The in-home physician consultation is $99, and that $99 is credited toward your care plan if you move forward.

Honesty is not a disclaimer to us — it’s the foundation of how we practice. We’d rather tell you the truth and earn your trust than make a promise we can’t keep. So in the spirit of that commitment, here is what we want every patient to understand.
