2. Consultations and appointments

Consultation requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them with you. Because our consultations may take place at the address you provide, please give a complete and accurate address and be present at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation or call us as far in advance as you can, so the time can be offered to another patient.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and related service messages from REVĪV Regenerative Medicine at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
