REVĪV is a mobile regenerative medicine practice in Central Florida. There is no clinic to drive to and no waiting room. A physician comes to your home, examines you, reviews your imaging, and tells you plainly whether regenerative care is a reasonable option for your case — or whether it is not.
What makes it different

A physician, not a coordinator
The person who evaluates you and decides what — if anything — is appropriate is a physician. No form, no standing order sheet, no remote approval of a treatment nobody examined you for.

We come to you
The visit happens in your living room, at your own pace, with the people who help you make decisions in the room. For someone whose hip or back makes driving miserable, that is not a luxury — it is the difference between getting evaluated and putting it off again.

There is no default protocol here. What you are offered depends on your imaging, your history, what you have already tried, and what you actually want to be able to do again.

Our prices are published on this website. So is the regulatory status of what we use, and what the evidence does and does not support. You should not have to sit through a presentation to learn the cost.

Step 1
A 15-minute phone call
You tell us what hurts, what you have tried, and what you are hoping to get back to. We tell you whether an in-home evaluation makes sense for you. No cost, and no obligation to go further.
$199 — credited in full toward your care plan
Step 2
The in-home physician consultation
A physician comes to your home: history, hands-on examination of the area of concern, and a review of any MRI, X-ray or ultrasound reports and recent blood work you already have. Recent imaging is usually usable; new imaging or labs are decided case by case.
The $199 is credited in full toward your care plan if you proceed. If you do not proceed, that is the end of it.
Step 3
A straight answer and a written plan
You get a clear recommendation in plain language, including the honest version: what regenerative care may reasonably support in a case like yours, what it will not do, what it costs, and what the alternatives are. If you are not a good candidate, the physician says so and tells you what to pursue instead.

Step 4
Treatment at home, if it is appropriate
If you decide to proceed, treatment is delivered at home by the clinical team, under physician supervision. Some patients need only 1 mL; the physician will tell you what your case calls for before you commit to anything.
When the physician judges imaging guidance appropriate for the target, the team brings a portable diagnostic ultrasound on treatment day and the injection is ultrasound-guided. Nothing about that is an upcharge.
Step 5
Follow-up and adjustment
We stay with you afterwards. Progress is reviewed over time and the plan is adjusted to how you actually respond — not to a generic calendar.
How we decide
How a physician decides whether you are a candidate.
Candidacy is a clinical judgment, and it is made before anything is recommended. The physician weighs:
- The area of concern and what your imaging actually shows.
- Your history — what you have already tried, and what did or did not help.
- Your current activity level and the specific things you want to be able to do again.
- Other conditions and medications that change the picture.
- Whether a reasonable, less invasive or better-established option should come first.
Some people are told no. That is the point of an evaluation.

What we use, honestly
Regulatory status, stated before you ask.
REVĪV uses perinatal-derived biologic allografts and exosome preparations. These therapies are investigational and may be provided on an off-label basis.
Biologic allografts
A perinatal tissue preparation that contains cell populations, including mesenchymal cells, along with growth factors, cytokines and extracellular-matrix components.
Exosome preparations
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles — cell-free signaling particles that carry growth factors and proteins. They are not cells.
No stem cell therapy has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for orthopedic or general use. Florida law permits a physician to offer these therapies within a defined lane, with written notice and informed consent — and state permission is not federal approval. You will receive the Florida notices and a consent document that spells all of this out before anything is administered, and you are free to take them away and think about it.
If a provider tells you regenerative medicine has been approved by the FDA, or promises you a result, you have learned something important about that provider.

We measure this practice by the people we inform as much as by the people we treat. If you leave a consultation better educated and choose a different path, the visit did its job.

We don’t promise outcomes
Regenerative medicine is a developing field, and no one can honestly promise a result. We tell you what the evidence supports, what it does not, and how confident anyone can reasonably be.
We don’t sell under pressure
No manufactured urgency, no “today only” pricing, no closing tactics. You are entitled to take the plan home and think about it.
We don’t rush the visit
No crowded waiting room, no fifteen-minute slot, no being handed between strangers. The consultation takes the time it takes.
We don’t treat everyone who asks
If the honest answer is that regenerative care is not right for your case — or not right yet — that is the answer you get.

What it costs
The 15-minute phone consultation is free. The in-home physician consultation is $199, credited in full toward your care plan. Treatment starts at $2,997 for a 1 mL treatment; some patients need only 1 mL, and your physician will tell you what your case calls for before you decide.
HSA and FSA funds are accepted. Unused or unrendered services are 100% refundable.
We serve patients in the Orlando metro, Plant City, Lakeland, Titusville, Melbourne and nearby communities; elsewhere in Florida depends on physician availability. We treat Florida patients only.

Do I have to come to an office?
No. REVĪV is a mobile practice — the physician and clinical team come to your home. There is no patient clinic to visit.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Start with the free 15-minute call and we will tell you whether an in-home evaluation makes sense.
Is the $199 consultation refundable if I don’t proceed?
The $199 is credited in full toward your care plan if you proceed. Unused or unrendered services are 100% refundable, and you always have the right described in the notices at the bottom of this page.
What if I am not a good candidate?
The physician tells you directly, explains why, and points you toward what makes more sense for your case.
Do you use ultrasound guidance at home?
When needed, yes. On treatment day, the clinical team brings a portable diagnostic ultrasound if the physician judges that imaging guidance is appropriate for the structure being treated.
Can you work alongside my other doctors?
Yes. Bring your imaging reports, your medication list and the name of your treating physician, and the plan is written so your own doctors can read it.
How long does the in-home consultation take?
It is unhurried by design — there is time for your history, the examination, your imaging and your questions before any recommendation is made.
