The FDA has not approved any stem cell therapies for general use outside of specific blood-related conditions. REVĪV does not offer stem cell therapy. We offer exosome therapy and FDA-registered biologic allografts — two distinct categories with their own regulatory frameworks, mechanisms, and clinical profiles.

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles — cellular messengers carrying growth factors and signaling proteins. They are not cells. Stem cells are living cells capable of self-renewal and differentiation. These are fundamentally different products with different mechanisms and regulatory statuses. REVĪV offers exosome therapy, not stem cell therapy.

Regenerative biologic therapies support the body's natural tissue-restoration processes at the cellular level.
