Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule a consultation with REVĪV?

Book the free 15-minute phone call yourself — pick a time here — or submit the form above and we will reach out. Calls are scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern. The $99 in-home physician consultation is booked after that call, and no therapy is scheduled before the physician has evaluated you.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?

Within one business day. Enquiries submitted on a weekend or holiday get a reply the next business day.

Can the consultation be done virtually?

The first 15-minute call is by phone. The consultation itself happens in your own home, because a physician evaluation requires a hands-on assessment. Follow-up conversations may be by phone or secure message when that is clinically appropriate.

What should I have at my first visit?

Bring any recent imaging (X-rays, MRI), prior procedure notes, and your current medication list. The more clinical context you can share, the more specific your physician evaluation can be.
