What we evaluate.
REVĪV is a physician-led mobile practice. Every one of these begins the same way — a free
15-minute phone call, then an in-home physician evaluation that tells you honestly whether
regenerative care is a reasonable option for you.
Knee
For knee pain that no longer responds to cortisone, anti-inflammatories or physical therapy — and before a replacement becomes the only conversation.
Shoulder
Rotator cuff pain, impingement and shoulder arthritis — when physical therapy has plateaued and surgery has been raised.
Hip
Hip and groin pain evaluated as a system — the joint plus the gluteal and adductor muscles that have been compensating for it.
Lower back
Chronic low back pain with degenerative disc or facet changes and no clear surgical indication. Delivered into muscle — never into the disc.
Peripheral neuropathy
Burning, numbness and nerve pain in the feet and hands, evaluated as pain management — starting with blood work and anything correctable.
Advanced wound care
Wounds that have stalled. A physician assessment at home, and an immediate referral if that is what you actually need.
The same caveat on every page
Here is what an honest conversation sounds like. The biologic therapies we use are investigational and may be provided on an off-label basis. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, and nobody — including us — can tell you in advance that they will work for you.
The published research in this field is early. Much of it is laboratory and animal work, the human studies are mostly small, and some well-run trials have found no advantage over placebo. We are not going to quote you numbers from a study and imply they are your results.
What we will do is look at your imaging, your history and your goals, tell you plainly whether you look like a reasonable candidate, and tell you when you are not. Some people leave our evaluation with a recommendation to see a surgeon instead. That is a good outcome.
Not sure which applies to you?
Start with the call. Fifteen minutes is usually enough for us to tell you whether an evaluation
makes sense, and which of these it belongs under.
